Shipping/Delivery

We have families with Delimento kittens living all across Canada and the United States, from Vancouver to Montreal, Los Angeles to New York. Over the years we have arranged many safe and stress-free journeys for our kittens, and we are happy to help make travel as smooth as possible for your new companion.

For families outside the GTA (e.g., Hamilton, Waterloo, London), we offer personal delivery by car.
Delivery fees are based on distance and will be quoted individually.

We have extensive experience working with U.S. families. There are several options:

Direct Air Cargo
- Available to select major U.S. airports, including:
  - Los Angeles (LAX)
  - Chicago (ORD)
  - Miami (MIA)
  - Fort Lauderdale (FLL)
  - Orlando (MCO)
- Total cost (flight + documents) usually is around $700 CAD (buyer’s responsibility).
- Upon arrival, a $200 USD clearance fee needs to be paid directly by the client (This fee is more accurately referred to as a terminal fee. It is an operational charge collected entirely by the airline’s destination warehouse.)
- Includes airline-approved crate and free drop-off at Pearson.
- For other destinations such as New York, San Francisco, Michigan, or Texas, we can certainly assist either through connecting flights or by arranging nanny service or ground transfer. The costs for nanny service can vary depending on the routing and airline availability, and we would be glad to provide you with a tailored quote once we know the specific travel details.
Border Crossing (Buffalo, NY)
- We can personally meet at the Buffalo border crossing.
- Additional fee: $300 CAD, as this requires extra travel and border wait time.
Fly Nanny Service
- A professional courier can accompany your kitten in-cabin to your nearest major airport.
- Availability must be checked in advance.
- Cost generally starts at $800 CAD+, depending on destination and nanny schedule.
Personal Pick-Up (Recommended)
- Many U.S. families prefer to fly to Toronto and pick up their kitten in person.
- We can meet you at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) with your kitten when you depart, making travel easy.
- This option often provides peace of mind, as you meet us directly and your kitten travels home with you.

Families in the Greater Toronto Area can either:
- Pick up your kitten directly from our cattery, or
- Request free delivery within the GTA.
This is the simplest option ensuring the safety of your kitten.

We can arrange air cargo transport across Canada.
Typical transport cost is about $300 CAD (paid by buyer).
What we provide:
- Airline-approved hard crate (included)
- Free drop-off at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) for departure
Buyer’s responsibility:
- Flight cost (cargo fee)
- Veterinary travel documents required by the airline
The buyer simply picks up the kitten at their local arrival airport.
