Double is an exceptionally sweet and gentle girl, with a personality every bit as lovely as her appearance. She has a warm, affectionate nature and an easygoing temperament, getting along beautifully with all of our cats and bringing a calm, peaceful presence into our home.
Her beautiful black golden shaded coloring, large expressive eyes, and naturally clean, open expression give her the soft, feminine look we especially love. As a mother, Double is patient, attentive, and naturally caring with her kittens. Her combination of beautiful type, wonderful temperament, and nurturing nature makes her a very special part of our breeding program.
DNA Test Results for Double
All of our breeding cats are DNA tested through Optimal Selection by Wisdom Panel, North America’s most trusted feline genetic testing service. They are confirmed negative for more than 50 known feline genetic diseases, including Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-pd), and Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS). They are also tested negative for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). In addition, all breeding cats are carefully screened for heart health, including Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), based on veterinary examinations and lineage.
